The motorcycle event 'August 19 is Bike Day: HAVE A BIKE DAY' will be held in Akihabara, Tokyo on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. It is co-hosted by the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA) and the Japan Motorcycle Promotion & Safety Association, marking the 18th edition of this annual event tied to "Bike Day" (August 19), designated by the government in 1989 to help eliminate traffic accidents.
