Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate has announced the start of construction for the tentatively named BIZCORE Akihabara project, the 12th building in its mid-size high-grade BIZCORE office series.
The site is at 18-2 and adjacent lots in Iwamotocho 3-chome, Chiyoda-ku. It is a 3-minute walk from Iwamotocho Station A5 exit, a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line Akihabara Station exit 4, and a 7-minute walk from JR Akihabara Station Showa-dori exit.
