Overview
The free jazz event "JAZZ AUDITORIA 2026 in WATERRAS" will be held at Waterras in Kanda Awajimachi. JAZZ AUDITORIA began in 2013 as a free admission event aiming to create a place to experience world culture through jazz. For 2026, it collaborates with International Jazz Day and offers a program where visitors can enjoy live music, food, and a stroll through the Waterras area all at once.
Highlights
Performers include the Blue Note Tokyo All-Star Jazz Orchestra directed by Eric Miyashiro, a John Coltrane 100th Birthday project by John Beasley & Tomomi Baba, Ono Lisa Special Quartet, Minyo Crusaders, Kato Maasa Trio, Umei Misaki x Sugawa Takashi, and Meiji University Big Sounds Society Orchestra. A total of 8 groups are scheduled across the three days.
General admission is free, but seat area lottery tickets require LINE registration. Even without lottery tickets, visitors can watch the stage from the standing area inside Waterras Plaza or from Awaji Park. The venue also features food tents, food trucks, a family-friendly "Waterras Kids" area, and student activity booths.
