Overview
A residency results exhibition "Moka Chui BEWARE! THE FLOWERS BITE!" by Jesse Mineo, during his stay at AIR 3331, will be held. The event runs from April 30 to May 2, 2026, at the 1st floor of AIR 3331 Iwamotocho Residence & Studio.
Jesse Mineo is a New York-born artist who primarily creates assemblage and installation works. This exhibition presents the results created during his residency stay in Iwamotocho, Chiyoda-ku.
Highlights
The latest assemblage works on display are themed around "memory", drawing inspiration from questions about the nature of memory and nostalgia. The works incorporate materials and parts collected from long-established electronic component stores in Akihabara.
AIR 3331 is a residency program that hosts artists and creators from around the world. This exhibition is a presentation of residency work, and the connection to the streets and materials of the Akihabara area is also one of its highlights.
