Overview
A robot and drone exhibition and exchange event, "1st Re-ROBO Fess 2026 in Akiba," will be held on May 16, 2026 at Bellesalle Akihabara 1F. Organized by the general incorporated association Akiba Tech Connect, it is presented as Akihabara's largest-scale robot culture festival.
Student clubs, startups, and companies gather under one roof to showcase technologies and ideas related to robots and drones. Admission is free, and the event is structured to be enjoyed by a wide range of visitors in a school culture festival atmosphere.
Highlights
At the venue, 32 booths from student clubs, startups, and companies will be set up, along with vehicle exhibitions, a play zone, and food trucks. In addition to the latest robot and drone technologies, hands-on content designed for easy visitor participation is also planned.
On the day, an opening ceremony for stakeholders will be held from 9:30 to 11:00, with free admission but prior registration required. General public admission runs from 11:00 to 17:00, with no prior registration required. Exhibitors include ROBOCHIP, Yukai Engineering, and Tokyo Polytechnic University Karakuri Workshop.
