The 22nd edition of "Solo Ship", a DJ party that proudly bills itself as "ultra solo-friendly", takes place at Akihabara MOGRA on Saturday, July 18, 2026. The daytime event is built around enjoying anime songs and A-POP in general, even if you come alone.

Designed for people who feel clubs are intimidating to visit alone, the party features DJs playing anime songs and a wide range of A-POP. Solo attendees who would like to toast and chat with other guests receive a free penlight bracelet at reception as a friendly signal to others.
Regular admission is 3,000 yen plus a 700 yen drink. Showing up in a T-shirt printed with your favorite character earns a 500 yen discount (2,500 yen), and attending in cosplay takes another 500 yen off.
