Overview

To mark the 8th anniversary of Ichijinsha's manga "Kimi ga Shinu Made Koi wo Shitai" (by Aono Nachi), a collaboration event titled "Kimi ga Shinu Made Koi wo Shitai 8th Anniversary Celebration Party in atre AKIHABARA" will be held from Friday, August 7 through Thursday, August 20, 2026 at Atre Akihabara 1 (1-17-6 Sotokanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo).

Highlights

  • Building-wide character takeover: An 11-panel visual using newly drawn illustrations appears at the east exit, with life-size panels and posters displayed throughout the building.
  • Collab shop opens: Original merchandise featuring new illustrations by Aono Nachi will be sold (details to be announced).
  • Original card giveaway: During the event, participating shops in Atre Akihabara 1 and 2 give out one random card (of 6 designs) per tax-included ¥500 spent.
  • Special in-store broadcast: Newly recorded voice lines by Totsuki Shiina (CV: Rie Takahashi) and Kagari Mimi (CV: Rina Hidaka) will air inside the building.
  • On expected high-traffic days, some time slots will use LivePocket digital queue tickets (first-come, first-served); details to follow.

The TV anime adaptation begins broadcasting July 7, 2026, and Volume 9 plus an official comic anthology release on July 16.
