Overview
NTT Urban Development announced that the commercial zone of Akihabara UDX will reopen on Thursday, December 10, 2026. In the first major renewal since the building opened in 2006, 27 stores, most of the zone, are being refreshed, and the name changes from AKIBA_ICHI to UDX DINING & SHOP.

- 1F Welcome Table: An entrance floor with takeout and terrace dining. Gong cha, NIHONBASHI BREWERY., Hoshino Coffee
- 2F NIGIWAI Table: A casual floor with terrace seats, a train-view space and a food hall. Schmatz, yellow, Dippalace, PIZZERIA TRATTORIA Ura-Akihabara, JB's TOKYO and more; the food hall includes Hokkaido Soup Curry Suage, Shanghai xiaolongbao Aan, Shibahama Ichiba and Crisp Salad Works
- 3F KOBARE Table: A gourmet floor of popular specialty restaurants, including Tsukishima Monja Kuuya, Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa, Tempura Hisago, Morimori Sushi, Yakiniku Gyutan Yamashina, Churrasco & Beer Restaurant ALEGRIA and Roast Beef Ohno
- 5F Workers Table: A lounge-like floor with a café lounge and convenience-store functions for meetings and mobile work
